ARTICLE *0: PROCEDURES
1. Seller and
Buyer enter into SPA with full Banking details, view and
sign.
2. Buyer
issues his ATB details to seller.
3. Seller
issues marine ATB with loaded cargo documents to buyer/or buyer’s
nominated inspection company. Note Inspection in Nigerian waters is
only done by Calibret except otherwise agreed.
4. Buyer’s
inspection team and Supercargo is taken onboard the loaded vessel
in Nigerian water.
5. Inspection
is done; Buyer places fully funded, confirmed payment
instrument-LC, MT**3/*3 or Acceptable Bank guarantee for the full
cargo value.
6. Seller
introduces the buyer to the vessel local handlers with the
endorsement of the home office of the vessel owners.
7. The Buyer
then immediately executes a Charter Party Agreement (CPA) so as to
take full responsibility and possession for the product and the
vessel.
8. Seller
issues all cargo documents in buyer’s name.
9. Seller
clears the vessel to international waters.
*0. Payment is
effected and all commissions paid.
*1. Vessel sails to
buyer’s destination.
